Charles Harbutt holds a specialized degree in Technology In Music And Related Arts from Oberlin College Conservatory. With extensive expertise in electronic and computer music, Harbutt joined Sony Classical Productions in 1989. By 1992 was senior recording engineer for Sony Classical.

Luciano Pavarotti, Yo-Yo Ma, Wynton Marsalis and Joshua Bell. His recordings have won numerous Grammy and other
international awards. He has traveled extensively in the U.S., Europe and Asia, working with various artists and
ensembles.

In addition to his frontline recording projects, Harbutt has been entrusted to remix and produce some of Sony
Classical's most historic recordings. He has remixed and/or produced the reissue of artists such as Leonard
Bernstein, George Szell, Isaac Stern, Vladmir Horowitz and others.

With the precipitous drop in sales and availability of classical recordings in tandem with the evolution of new
